Dugger Coal Museum co-founder gets surprise parade for her 100th birthday

DUGGER, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — The Dugger community gathered Saturday to celebrate the 100th birthday of Martha Marlow.

Family and friends put on a surprise parade for Marlow outside the Dugger Coal Museum. She happens to be the co-founder of it.

According to Marlow, she was excited to be surrounded by her loved ones for her milestone birthday.

“I do feel good. I have a lot of friends,” she said.

Marlow’s actual birthday was on March 9.
