TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) – Family and fans came together Saturday for the last day of Scheid Diesel Extravagnza at the Vigo County Fairgrounds.
Attendees at this year’s Scheid Diesel enjoyed two days of drag racing, truck pulling, and many other diesel-related activities.
This event brought different opportunities for vendors and companies to promote their products and make great memories with supporters and racing competitors for the diesel industry.
Not only was this Extravaganza a chance to grow businesses, but also a time to be with family and friends. This family time was a main focus of Scheid Diesel organizers and attendees.
“It brings the whole family atmosphere, the guys that are participating, the families are with their kids, it’s fantastic to see the young people coming, interacting with us and the fans and the vehicles and the hard work that people put into this, and just to be here, it’s not about getting rich, it’s not about being famous, it’s about being together,” said Revmax Performance General Manager Fran Leverick.
Ticket prices for the Extravaganza were $40 per person.
