TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) – The public will soon have access to the details in the case of a teen charged in a deadly car accident.
Sixteen-year-old Bryce Switzer-Couthen was charged with reckless homicide, two counts of criminal recklessness and one count of reckless driving following an accident that killed Terre Haute South student Jenna Perrelle.
While Swtizer-Couthen will be charged as a juvenile, a judge ordered the case to be made public, according to Vigo County Prosecutor Terry Modesitt.
Modesitt said Switzer-Couthen is scheduled to appear at 9 a.m. Thursday in juvenile court. The hearing will be open to the public.
