ROCKVILLE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) – A change of venue was granted for the man accussed of driving under the influence and causing the wreck that killed a former Parke County Sheriff.
Bryan Robertson was charged with two counts each of operating a vehicle while intoxicated resulting in death and operating a vehicle while intoxicated resulting in serious bodily injury following the accident that claimed the lives of former Parke county sheriff Mike Eslinger and his wife, Darla.
He was originally scheduled for trial in Parke County on June 25; however, earlier this week, a judge granted a change of venue in the case.
