The legal problems brought on by an infamous fight at a town hall meeting may finally be over for Hymera’s town marshal.
The Superior Court in Sullivan County confirms Darrick Cullison has filed the paperwork to change his plea. Cullison found himself in trouble for his involvement with a brawl that happened at a town hall meeting in December of 2015.
At that time, Cullison was trying to hang onto his job as Hymera’s marshal. He held onto his badge, but still faced charges.
On February 14, Cullison is expected to plead guilty and be sentenced for misdemeanor battery.
