Indiana Gaming Commission opens public comment regarding Vigo County casino

INDIANAPOLIS (WTWO/WAWV) — The Indiana Gaming Commission announced Wednesday that public comment is now open regarding the potential casino coming to Vigo County ahead of its Nov. 17 meeting to determine the chosen application.

The IGC is welcoming written public comments regarding the project, to be submitted by email to or submitted in writing and mailed or delivered in person to the following address:

  • 101 W. Washington St
  • Indianapolis, IN 46204-3408

To be considered, all comments must be received by the IGC by 4:30 p.m. EST on Friday, Nov. 12. Those submitting comments must include full names as well as cities and states of residence.

All comments that are received before the deadline will be provided to the IGC’s Commissioners. Public comments must be submitted in writing, as the Nov. 17 meeting agenda does not include time for public testimony.
