Putnam County, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) Indiana State Police arrested a Brazil man for sexual misconduct with a minor.
Justin M. Gardner, 21, faces charges for allegedly engaging in a sexual act with a 14-year-old female in Putnam County.
Besides the felony charge, he also faces a misdemeanor charge of “Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor.”
He was taken to the Putnam County jail.
