The Vigo County Election Board certified the results of a recount in a close judge’s race.

Last month, the challenger in the Superior Court Division 1 judge’s race asked for a recount.

Raeanna Moore lost to incumbent John Roach.

Around 2,700 provisional, military, overseas, absentee and mail-in ballots were recounted.
    
The recount still showed Roach as the winner. He even gained 4 votes, due to ballots had not been read by the voting machine for various reason like the person used read ink instead of black or circled the name of the person they wanted to win.
