Authorities work to rescue woman pinned by tractor for 24 hours


TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) – Several first-responders worked Wednesday night to rescue a woman pinned against a barn wall by a tractor. It happened in rural Vigo County on Doberman Street.

Vigo County Dispatch reports that the woman had been stuck for more than 24-hours before authorities were alerted and Lifeline could be called.

Vigo County Sheriff John Plasse says the extent of the woman’s injuries are unknown at this time.
