Police in Edgar County, Illinois are asking for the public’s help in their search for two suspects who robbed a fast food restaurant at gunpoint.
According to officials, the robbery happened on Monday, just before 10:00 p.m.; two men entered a Wendy’s restaurant located at 15305 US Highway 150 in Paris and displayed a handgun to employees.
They ordered the staff to walk into the freezer, and force the assistant managed to open the safe and escaped with an undisclosed amount of money.
No patrons were inside the restaurant at the time of the robbery.
Investigators of the Illinois State Police are describing the males as approximately 5’11, 170 lbs with medium builds.
