Both spectators and reactors, alike, flocked to the Indiana Military Museum in Vincennes today.
While there, the public could get a taste of what it was like living in World War II, see as well as talk to reenactor and there was even battle reenactments.
For 93 year old World War II veteran, Edward L. Johnson, the event was bitter sweet.
“It really touched me, really because there’s so much that was so realist,” Edward L. Johnson said. “I don’t think and I don’t know any where, else in the world really that you can get this much realism into something like this and I feel very grateful to all the people.”
The Indiana Military Museum event will continue tomorrow with an reenactment of a World War II church service at nine.
