A LOOK INSIDE: See What Was Taken from FBI Raid

Just three weeks after the FBI raided the Terre Haute Waste Water Plant, the previously sealed search warrant has been released.  

On July 20th, FBI agents carried out dozens of white boxes from the administration building. 

During their search and seizure, the warrant states they explored the following areas:

Any and all financial records

  • pertaining specifically to the utility plant
  • its former director, Mark Thompson

The warrant calls for: 

  • Computers
  • Memory devices
  • Emails
  • Phone call logs
  • Passbooks 
  • Wire transfers
  • Seagate external hard drives
  • Thumb drives
  • White iPad
  • Binders
  • Misc Documents
  • Invoices
  • Receipts
  • Paperwork 
  • Contacts
  • File Cabinets
  • Accounts Payable 
  • Misc Keys 
  • Contracts and Legal Documents
  • And others

It listed items to be seized with evidence concerning violation of Title 18 of the United States Code, Section 666 (federal program bribery), 1341 (mail fraud),  1343 (wire fraud) and 371 (conspiracy to defraud the United States.)
