4 charged in connection to stolen hemp

LOUISVILLE, Ill. (WTWO/WAWV) — Four people, including one juvenile, are facing charges after 35 pounds of hemp was stolen from a licensed Illinois producer last week.

The Clay County, Illinois Sherriff’s Office arrested Clay N. Pritchard, 19, of Louisville, Illinois, for burglary. Albert A. Parker, 44, and Traci R. Parker, 38, both of Louisville, were charged with possession of stolen property more than $10,000 and other drug-related offenses.

A juvenile was also taken into custody in connection to the incident.
