GREENE COUNTY, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) – Indiana Department of Health reported nearly 50 new cases of COVID-19 in the state Saturday morning.
According to the state map tracking coronavirus disease, there are two cases in Vigo County.
The state department of health said in a news release around 10 a.m. Saturday that there have been 47 new cases of COVID-19 reported in Indiana.
No information on the second case in Vigo County was immediately available. The first case in the region was reported Thursday evening.
“The Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) today reported 47 new positive cases of COVID-19, bringing to 126 the number of Hoosiers diagnosed through ISDH, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and private laboratories. Three Hoosiers have died,” the release stated.
