12 Points Revitalization Initiative members are braving the cold to give back

News

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — 12 Point Revitalization Initiative came together at Gold Medal Park to help those in need.

12 Point Revitalization Initiative members met in the bitter cold temperatures to collect items such as: hats, gloves, and scarves for those who may not have any.

Some of the items that were collected were homemade.

“It doesn’t take a lot of time … it doesn’t take a lot of effort. It’s just getting people together and filling a need that is out there,” Chris Hines, 12 Point Revitalization Initiative, said.

The donations will be delivered to local charities.
