The ‘Polaroid Pop‘ instant digital camera has an integrated printer. You can automatically print full color photos in the 3 by 4 format with Polaroid’s Classic Border Logo.
The Pop connects to a mobile device using a dual Wi-Fi and Bluetooth chip. Use the Polaroid print app to enhance your photos.
The touchscreen is nearly 4 inches, with a 20 megapixel sensor and dual LED flash. It also packs 1080p full HD video recording capability. Store it all on a SD card up to 128 gig.
No price set yet.
The Pop is new, the ‘Snap‘ has been around a while.
Like the Pop it’s an instant digital camera allowing you to snap, print, and share all of your favorite photos instantly.
3.5 inch screen, three color modes like the Pop, and a 13 megapixel sensor. It has a self-timer and selfie mirror. Same video and storage capabilities as the Pop.
The Snap can usually be had for just under 100-dollars.
If you prefer a phone for photos, check out the ‘Huawei (WAH-way) Honor Magic‘.
This smartphone as a 5 inch touchscreen with a resolution of 1440 by 2560 pixels.
The processor is a 1-point-8 gig octa-core with 4 gig of RAM. The 64 gig internal storage cannot be expanded.
The cameras are a 12 megapixel primary camera on the rear, and an 8 megapixel front shooter for selfies.
The Honor Magic runs Android 6-point-oh with a non-removable battery. It’s a dual SIM accepting Micro and Nano SIM
Options include Wi-Fi, GPS and Bluetooth. As well as FM, 3G and 4G. Sensors include proximity, accelerometer and ambient light.
Prices I’ve seen around 650.
If you want to store your Polaroids or any other cameras and equipment, check the Arcus from Moshi.
Looks like a backpack, add the photo insert and you get a zipper on one side for camera-friendly storage.
It can hold a small DSLR. Used for camera gear only you can fit an additional lens and flash, maybe a couple of accessories.
Other storage finds a padded laptop compartment, padded tablet slot and phone slot. There are two smaller pockets for other stuff.
It looks good, but reviews say its not rugged. I’ve seen it priced at 230 with the camera insert at 50 dollars.
