    Facebook banning crypto-currency ads.  Cracking down on scammers.  

    Bitcoin banned. 

    Facebook blogging that these promotions are deceptive and threaten security.

    Binary options and initial coin offerings banned too.

    This will be enforced on Instagram as well.

    The fixes and changes apparently leading to less time on Facebook.

    Time spent down five percent last year.  The main reason stems from showing fewer viral videos in the news feed.

    Mark Zuckerberg predicted the decline, but says the change will improve your experience.

    And your news feed will be more local.

    The company says local will be defined by the concentration of readers in a certain area. 

    Look for this test be expanded.  It will be called ‘Today In.’

    Apple recently announcing it’s bringing 350-billion-dollars home to the U.S.  Building five facilities.  Hiring 20-thousand over the next five-years.

    Amazon says it hired nearly 130-thousand new employees last year.

    And it’s looking for second headquarters that will employ as many as 50-thousand.

    And the good news keeps coming.  Google is going on a hiring spree saying it will hire thousands in nine states.  It also plans to build five new data centers this year.
