TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — The Vigo County Public Library in downtown Terre Haute will offer the 1959 version of “House on Haunted Hill” outdoors Saturday at 7:30 p.m. Directed by William Castle, it stars Vincent Price as an eccentric millionaire who offers five people $10,000 to spend the night in a spooky house.

Prior the that, the library will present frightful retellings of local terror tales, Sheet’s Mausoleum and the Dewees-Preston House. Individuals can watch from their vehicles or the lawn. Those attending should bring their own refreshments. It’s recommended for those 12 and older.
