The United Way of the Wabash Valley is gearing up for the annual Power of the Purse event which raises funds to help Wabash Valley children. It will be an afternoon of mingling with friends, samplings from local restaurants, purse raffles, and a live purse auction!
Power of the Purse has allowed United Way’s Success by Six Council to help children from birth to six years of age develop the skills needed to be ready for kindergarten.
Power of the Purse is Wednesday, October 11, from 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. at Terre Haute Hulman Center. Tickets for the event can be purchased on the United Way of the Wabash Valley website.
