Broccoli, Basil Pesto

2 Cups Fresh Broccoli

2 Garlic Cloves, Peeled

1 Cup Cannelloni Beans

1 Cup Basil Leaves

1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Juice/Zest One Lemon

1/4 Cup Toasted Pine Nuts

1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan

Blanch the trimmed broccoli in salted boiling water for 3-4 minutes, until bright and tender. Strain and rinse in cool water, drain. 

In a food processor, combine remaining ingredients and process until smooth. 

Serve over cooked pasta, with pita chips, or over cooked salmon or chicken.
