Porterhouse Steak, “Big Country”

32oz Steak
Minced garlic
Fresh rosemary


Cook/Sear in a cast iron skillet
Season steak, Heat skillet to a medium to high temp, render the fat side of the steak and get a good
sear, get your oven heated to 450, put steak in the over and cook until desired internal
temperature/degree of doneness.
