Peanut butter pie with maple chocolate drizzle

Peanut Butter Pie Filling: 

1 8 oz cream cheese

1 8oz cool whip

1 ¼ cups powdered sugar

1.5 cup creamy peanut butter

Mix Peanut Butter and cream cheese together until smooth, add in powdered sugar and cool whip until smooth. Make sure filling is well mixed.

Pie Crust: 

Graham Cracker Crumbs

Melted Butter

Pinch of Salt

Mix Graham Cracker crumbs with a pinch of salt, add melted butter until crumbs are all moist and feel like damp sand. Poor mixture into pie crust and press around until filled and even. Bake on 350 for about 5-7 mins.

Maple Chocolate Drizzle: 

1 cup cocoa powder

1 cup maple syrup

½ tsp salt

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

¼ tsp cayenne pepper

1.5 cups water

2 tbls corn starch

Mix all ingredients except the corn starch in a sauce pan over high heat. Once all ingredients are well mixed, add cold water to the corn starch and stir until smooth, add corn starch mixture to sauce pan and bring to a boil, constantly stirring. Once it starts boiling lower the heat to a simmer for about 10 minutes. Take off heat and add pan to an ice bath to help cool and thicken the sauce.
