Good Morning Wabash Valley! Did you notice a change in the weather this morning? I hope you did! We are about 15 degrees COOLER than we were yesterday morning. High pressure quickly filtered in behind that cold front yesterday giving us a north wind. The winds and mostly clear skies help keep those temps much cooler than what we should be the end of July. Plenty of sun for today and tomorrow as temps remain below average in the mid to upper 70's. Next low pressure system develops off to the west. A warm front lifts our way late Friday night. Isolated storms possible late Friday/early Saturday. Rain chances increase Saturday evening into Sunday. There will be warmer temps and moisture in place to fuel some stronger to severe thunderstorms. The National Weather Service has issued a "slight" risk across the entire Wabash Valley for Saturday night into Sunday. Keep your eye on the sky and stay updated with #yourweatherauthority for the latest details. Early next week, another "cool blast" headed our way as we wrap up July still below average with temps in the mid to upper 70's.
