"The small business development center is all about jobs in investment and raising tax dollars. We need more business start ups in the Vigo County area, and the Wabash Valley area and it's really important to help these folks take the plunge," said Richard Pittelkow of the Small Business Development Center.

The winner of Startup Weekend will receive free marketing research and business planning software for their idea, along with a package from local advertising companies.
