Arctic blast
        The all-time record cold was set January 19, 1994 at -31. The previous record of -29 was set the day before.
        Snowfall Saturday in the 1" to 2" range, heavier amounts North and Northeast of the Valley.
        The snow will stick with cold high pressure from the Arctic moving in Monday night. A few daytime highs in the teens and lows in the single digits.
        Monday night will see scattered snow showers, light accumulation. Isolated snow Wednesday and Sunday.
        Temperatures warm above freezing for the weekend.
