TREES Inc. Continued a fall tradition on Sunday.

The group toured Saint Mary-of-the-Wood's college campus Sunday evening..

They checked out several trees,  with the help of the school's ecology professor.

Saint Mary's is home to some of the most diverse trees in the country, and even the largest champion tree in the state.

Organizers say it's a great way to learn and to enjoy the beauty that this tree-filled campus has to offer.

"Well come and enjoy the experience there is nothing quite like St Mary of the Wood's campus. We are very proud of it and wish everyone would come out and enjoy it with us. It's a great time, we get to spend time with the community and enjoy the scenery and the wonderful trees and see how they progress year after year," said assistant professor of Ecology Robert Jean.

This annual event is free and open to the public.
