Traffic Stop Nets Nearly Quarter of a Pound of Meth

A traffic stop along I-70 in Vigo County Wednesday night, led to the seizure of nearly a quarter of a pound of methamphetamine.

Ricky Lee Roberts and Kyla Amick, both of Indianapolis, were arrested on felony meth-charges.

They were pulled over for driving 90 miles an hour.

Roberts didn't have a valid license, and police say they weren't even supposed to have that car.

A subsequent search reveled the meth, along with marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

They're each being held at the Vigo County Jail on $75,000 bond each.

Police estimate the street value of the confiscated meth is near $10,000.
