A Terre Haute woman is recovering at home this week after she says a man purposely fell into her at Sunday's Colts-Broncos game.

Theresa Voils says Kevin Moore and his group became more intoxicated throughout the game and harassed her group.

He later fell into her, causing her to hit her head.

Voils received several stitches in her head due to her injuries.

Metro police later arrested 40-year-old Moore at his hotel in Indianapolis.

He now faces batter charges. His initial court hearing will be later this week.
