Second Suspect Motions for Continuance

Second Suspect Motions for Continuance

Almost two days after Jordan Buskirk agrees to plead guilty to the murder of a Greene County teenager, a motion for a continuance was filed for the man who accused of helping him.
Documents show Randal Crosley's public defender filed for a motion of continuance on Tuesday.

Crosley and Jordan Buskirk are charged with the murder of Katelyn Wolfe. Buskirk agreed to plead guilty earlier in the week.

The judge has yet to rule on the motion.

Crosley is currently scheduled to go to trial in March.

According to the Greene County Daily World, along with Buskirk's guilty plea, he also agrees to testify against Crosby.
