Police arrest wanted man; later arrest his parents on drug charges

Indiana State Police and the U.S. Marshal's Fugitive Task Force went to Howard and Robin Chambers' Bicknell home to arrest their son Ronnie. Police found meth in plain sight and arrested the couple.

Police going after a wanted man ended up arresting his parents, too. Now that Knox County couple is in jail facing several drug charges. U.S. Marshal's Fugitive Task Force went to Howard and Robin Chambers' house looking for their son, Ronnie.

Police say Ronnie was wanted for not returning to jail when he was supposed to. Officials say they saw meth and marijuana in plain sight inside the home on West Third Street in Bicknell.

Howard, 61, and Robin, 52, Chambers were arrested for making meth and for having meth, marijuana, synthetic marijuana and paraphernalia.

Two other people, Samuel Chambers, 19, and Paul McGriffen, 57, were in the home at the time and were arrested for visiting a common nuisance. McGriffen has since bonded out of the Knox County Jail.
