It's a chilly and foggy start across the Valley with temperatures unseasonably cool in the low 50s. Dry and quiet weather hangs around today with slightly warmer temperatures reaching near average highs in the lower 80s. A large area of high pressure keeps the sunshine around through the remainder of this work week with a gradual warming trend. Hot and humid days aren't far off as upper 80s/lows 90s return by the weekend. Though we could really use some rain, no good rain chances appear in the near future. A system looks to bring potential rain into the region by the end of the weekend, though confidence is still low at this time.
