A weak area of low pressure continues to pass the region to our south this morning, sparking only isolated shower activity that's mainly stayed just outside of our southern counties. Any rain chances will quickly exit today with gradual clearing to partly sunny sky later this afternoon. Temperatures will remain on a climbing trend with highs just under 80º today followed by a cooler night of lower 50s under mostly clear sky. The warmup continues tomorrow in the low 80s under sunny sky. This dry and sunny setup will stick around through most of the weekend until our next rain chances that hold off mainly until Sunday. Showers/t'storms do look likely to wrap up the weekend.
