We've hit the lowest temperatures so far this season with a frosty morning today as lows have fallen into the upper 20s for many areas in the Valley. A Frost Advisory remains over the majority of our region until 9:00 A.M. EDT with widespread frost common this morning. Though we get some sunshine to start the day, clouds will be on the increase mainly this afternoon-evening when we have our best chance to see some scattered showers in the Valley. An area of low pressure will continue to transport some moisture to the area late today, mainly in the form of rain. Some snow flurries mixed in are possible though nothing major is expected. Another cold night is ahead with any rain ending fairly early; lows drop to the lower 30s with patchy frost possible by tomorrow morning. Wednesday is even cooler with highs only in the upper 40s under partly cloudy sky. Some isolated showers look to move through early Thursday morning, though many will stay dry. This trend of WELL below average temperatures remains throughout the work week with highs in the upper 40s and lows in the upper 20s/low 30s.
