Rain fills into the Valley this morning as a weak disturbance moves through. This will continue to spark scattered showers throughout the first half of today before drier weather by early this afternoon. Heavy cloud cover will be slow to leave, providing a mostly cloudy sky and cool temperatures today with highs only reaching around 60º. Tonight turns very cool again with lows around 40º under mostly clear sky. Tomorrow sunshine returns to us with slightly warmer temperatures in the low-mid 60s. Another rain opportunity arrives by late tomorrow night as a cold front swings through the region, sparking light showers late Friday night through Saturday morning. Saturday afternoon should be mostly dry with a dry remainder to the week but cooler in the upper 50s. A cooler stretch of weather stays with us throughout the extended period into next week with most days only reaching highs in the mid-upper 50s.
