We head into this holiday weekend with some very muggy conditions and extremely hot weather returning this afternoon. Highs will reach the low 90s but a southeast wind means heat indices back near 100º. We should remain dry today with lots of sunshine with only a low chance for an isolated shower late tonight with warm temperatures in the low 70s. Low rain chances remain Saturday as we'll call for isolated t'storms tomorrow afternoon/night though much of the day will be dry. It's another hot day in the low 90s followed by upper 60s tomorrow night. Sunday stays hot and mainly dry during the day but rain moves in late Sunday and stays until very early Monday as a cold front slides southeast into the region. This will provide a reprieve from the heat with more comfortable 80s and returning dry weather starting on Monday for Labor Day.
