Mallory Found Guilty On All Charges

A jury has found William Mallory guilty in the shooting death of Dustin Kelly. The jury, which began deliberating just after 10 A.M., found Mallory guilty on all six charges he faced. The case stems from an incident that happened back in August 2012, outside a bar at 9th and Chestnut in Terre Haute. Mallory shot three men, including Kelly who died from his injuries.

The jury, which began deliberating just after 10 A.M., found Mallory guilty on all six charges he faced. The charges are murder, two counts of attempted murder, two counts of aggravated battery and one count of carrying a handgun without a license.

The case stems from an incident that happened back in August 2012, outside a bar at 9th and chestnut in Terre Haute. Mallory shot three men, including Kelly who died from his injuries.

During the trial, the defense maintained that Mallory acted in self defense, while the prosecution says he acted with an intent to kill.
