On Thursday, Those in need were treated to a big Thanksgiving dinner.

Organizers say its important to reach as many people as possible, especially around the holidays.

"The community comes in as well as the guests of the mission who are here they enjoy and they enjoy just the camaraderie with one another, and sitting down in a meal. I think they look forward to it, and they need it, they need the fellowship and so they have a place that they can come do that," said Rev. Timothy Fagg of Light House Mission.
