ISP Trooper Arrests Man Wanted by Homeland Security

Arrested was 42-year-old Mario Arturo Lucas Ramos. According to police, he committed felony battery and DUI, and was deported from the U.S., and he's said to have then re-entered the country illegally. Ramos is held at the Putnam County Jail without bond on a Homeland Security detention and removal order.
An Indiana State trooper arrested a man wanted by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

During a traffic stop on I-70, a passenger showed an expired Guatemalan ID card.

A computer check showed he was wanted on an active felony immigration warrant.

Arrested was 42-year-old Mario Arturo Lucas Ramos.
