Saturday was Graduation Day for many Indiana State University students.

About 400 Sycamores donned their blue gowns Saturday afternoon as they received their diplomas.

ISU alum Keith Ogorek addressed the students and faculty at the ceremony.

And honorary degree was given to former Sycamore, Michael Simmons.

Those who crossed the stage today say that they're happy with time that spent at Indiana State.

"Today feels amazing, my family and friends have supported me and it's just nice to be able to celebrate it with them, and to know that this accomplishment is out of the way. I'm lucky enough to have a job and have a place to move to, so I'm very blessed right now," said new ISU grad Allison Vaught. "ISU in its culture is just very welcoming for their students and they sincerely care about their students."

A big congratulations to all of the graduates.
