Formal charges were filed Thursday against Rhonda Reynolds.
Police say she obstructed a crime scene along with her daughter-in-law, Amber.
Amber told police she was at her home with Ronald Arrowsmith and two others last Friday.
That night she was hit in the head and knocked unconscious.
She later discovered Arrowsmith's body on the floor.
Both women helped wrap the body in a tarp and cleaned up the crime scene.
Rhonda is now charged with obstructing justice and the scene of a death.
Amber is due back in court Friday.
