Dueling Pianos Raises Money For United Way

Terre Haute Young Leaders hosted Dueling Pianos on Thursday. The show raised money for the United Way.
Music brings people together and that was definitely the case in Terre Haute Thursday evening.

Terre Haute Young Leaders hosted Dueling Pianos.

People packed the Ohio Building for the show, but the event goes beyond just enjoying music. It's also a way to help the community.

The show raised money for the United Way and organizers say they're happy to give back to the community.

"We see that there's a great need in this community, so anyway that we can help whether it's by donations or by service, we try to get out and get involved, and get other people involved. This also helps our membership have awareness of non-profits that need help in our area," says Stephanie Miller, the chair of Terre Haute Young Leaders.

Miller says over the years they've raised over $70,000 for organizations and plan to continue.
