Wabash River Search

Vigo County Chief Deputy Clark Cottom says a dive team is searching the Wabash River for evidence in connection with a recent homicide.
Investigators spent Wednesday afternoon searching the bottom of the Wabash River for evidence in connection with a recent homicide. A fisherman discovered the body of Michael Pollack in the river earlier this month.

Vigo County Chief Deputy Clark Cottom says the sheriff's department is focusing on a specific search area, and he says it's been a busy week for investigators.  "Over the past week we've conducted a K9 search with cadaver dogs. We've conducted a foot search. Also a night time search with ultra violet light, and today we're conducting a water search."

The sheriff's department continues to urge the public for any information they may have on Pollack or the murder. The number is 812-462-3226.
