Tech Talk-Black Friday Apps

Find the deals
One of the better apps for Black Friday shopping this year is called 'The Find.'  It tracks almost every product at almost every store, literally 500 million items at 500 thousand stores.  You can shop online or use the bar code to price compare at your local brick and mortar stores.  It saves and organizes receipts and shipping details.  You can get a price match instantly at Best Buy, WalMart and Toys R Us.  Lots of big box stores.  It's free for iPhone, iPad and Android devices.  This is a great app for the whole year, not just Black Friday.
Also new on the shopping apps list this year is 'Buyvia,' a website with iPhone and Android apps.  It lets you search for your items through a synchronized account.  It sends out alerts on the best deals in your local stores.  Mobile coupons codes, as well, that will save you money.  It's free, for all major mobile platforms.
'DealNews' has two apps worth checking.  The basic 'DealNews' app lets you browse more than 100 deals a day from more than 200 online retailers.  It sends alerts so you'll never miss the lowest price on your favorite items.
For Black Friday, the 'DealNews' Black Friday app for iPhone and Android sorts through Black Friday ads.  Plan your trip, make a Black Friday shopping list, then pull a map to route your way to local stores.  You can program in alerts for special, late-breaking deals on your favorite items.  And it's free.
