An apartment complex and local subdivision have reached an agreement in their dispute.

Residents of Viscaya Point in Vigo County tell NBC 2 News that Cobblestone Crossings has agreed to build a wall between the two properties.

It's a dispute the two parties took to court earlier this year.

Currently, shrubs and trees separate the apartment complex and subdivision, but Viscaya Point residents have been fighting for a wall.

Residents there say that the wall agreed upon will have a 15 foot easement and 75 foot setback.
