Lingering rain showers are in the forecast today as an area of low pressure slowly moves over the region. Most rain today will be more of a drizzle so additional rainfall amounts to wrap up this week will be very low. A dry period looks to set up this afternoon before some scattered showers move in late tonight/tomorrow. With heavy cloud cover and lingering rain, temperatures won't climb much with highs remaining very cool in the mid-upper 50s to finish the week. Overnight lows are chilly in the low-mid 40s until later this weekend. We'll finally see a drying pattern by early Saturday with sunshine returning and warming temperatures. Highs in the 60s are here for the weekend with 70s next week.
