Local School Corporation Invests in Video Surveillance

A Valley school corporation plans to spend almost $500,000 on a districtwide video surveillance system.
A new video surveillance system will help keep students and employees safer at one local Indiana school school corporation.

The Clay Community Schools director of extended services tells the Tribune-Star the plan is to install 300 cameras at 15 facilities.

Certain school officials and eventually law enforcement will have access to the live feeds.

The corporation hopes to have installation completed by March.
