Hoopla surrounds big weekend at ISU's Hulman Center

Indiana State University students and staff are decorating windows at Hulman Center ahead of a busy weekend of basketball and charity.

Hulman Center is undergoing a transformation ahead of a big basketball weekend.

Amateur artwork adorns the massive windows inside the arena. ISU provides the paint while students and staff bring their creativity.

The goal of all this hoopla is to spread some excitement before iSU men and women take on Southern Illinois this weekend at home.

Students pull out all the stops to showcase their sycamore spirit. "You know the students have gotten very creative with their decorations. They've brought in stencils, they've brought in projectors, so they've gotten very creative with this," says Jennifer Cook, ISU.

The women's Pink Game is Friday at 7 p.m.

The men take the court Saturday at 1 p.m. but before that, folks are 'freezin' for a reason.' The Polar Plunge for Special Olympics is Saturday morning at 9:30.
