Disaster Loan Center Opens in Daviess County

A Disaster Loan Outreach Center will open to help qualifying residents affected by the Nov. 17 storms.
A Disaster Loan Outreach Center will open Friday in Washington, Ind. for Daviess and Knox County residents.

The center is helping those affected by the Nov. 17 storms.

Loans of up to $200,000 are available for damaged or destroyed real estate, and loans of up to $40,000 are available for personal property.

The center is at Washington Fire Station Number Two on West Walnut Street.

It is open Friday from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday and Monday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
