Company Purchases Deming Center In Terre Haute

An Indianapolis company called Core Redevelopment has purchased the Deming Center in downtown Terre Haute.
An Indianapolis company has purchased the Deming Center in downtown Terre Haute.

According to the Tribune Star, the Terre Haute Housing Authority Board voted to let Core Redevelopment purchase the building for $800,000.

The company says they'll most likely use the building to house ISU students.

The Tribune Star reports that the current tenants at the Deming Center will be moved out by the end of the year, with most of them moving to Warren Village.
