Partly cloudy with some fog possible for Wednesday night and a low of 35. Thursday will become cloudy and warmer with a high of 48. Rain showers will develop Thursday night with a mild low of 45. Rain showers will be likely on Friday and warmer with a high of 53. Rain will be likely on Saturday and it will be heavy with a high around 45. More rain on Sunday and it could be heavy with a high near 50! Rainfall totals by Sunday night could be between 2"-4" with local higher amounts! There will be some flooding issues over the weekend and a flood watch will most likely be issued for the area this weekend. It will turn colder to start next week but looks good for Christmas Eve and Day with dry weather and highs in the 30s. No white Christmas this year but no travel troubles either. The last white Christmas was in 2010.
